They are informational files, Duh. .NFO. INFORMATION. short for INFORMATION.

David didn't let snit know what happened some years back in
alt.politics.scorched-earth. So, I will. And I'll smile like a Chesire cat
as I do this. :)

Some years back, I got an email out of the blue by someone claiming to be a
real life friend of David Brooks. I got several emails after that one, each
by a different person all basically repeating themselves. Evidently, David
gave them my email address and some other personal information and tried to
solicit them to help him 'get me'. Instead of doing what David asked of
them, they emailed me, let me know what David was upto and invited me to ask
any questions about David I wanted.

They told me about a drinking problem so severe that it has cost him atleast
one rl friendship that he's tried to restore, several times now, all to no
avail. I shared this information in a post. David, instead of being smart
for once in his miserable life and denying all of it, proceeds to give me
his version of how that friendship was toasted, and its the other persons
fault, not his. By doing this, David *confirmed* that the information I was
given was good info. :)

Snit must not know *anything about this*. So, I invite snit and everyone
else to alt.politics.scorched-earth and read it for yourselves, where David
admitted he's a fucking drunk in real life. Ask him what Nick had to do with
that, and prepare to catch an ear full!
